To the Editor We appreciate the comprehensive and insightful study by Silva et al published recently in JAMA Internal Medicine. This study provides valuable insights for influenza prevention in nursing homes (NHs). However, we identified specific limitations in study design that may introduce bias into the research findings and which warrant further discussion.
