Error in Table 1

The Original Investigation titled “Testosterone Treatment in Prostate Cancer Survivors With Hypogonadism: A Randomized Clinical Trial,” published online on May 11, 2026, was corrected to fix the units for the total and free testosterone levels in Table 1. The units for total testosterone levels should be ng/dL, and the units for free testosterone level should be pg/mL. This article was corrected online.
